Vegan Breakfast Day 1

It’s day one of eating Vegan and I decided to start the day with a shake that I have most mornings anyway. This shake is super delicious, filling, and so quick and easy. I normally make it with skim milk or yogurt but just replaced that with almond milk today which did not change the taste at all. You could even add some wheat germ to this if you wanted.

Vegan Breakfast Shake

One banana

4 Oz. frozen blueberries (any fresh or frozen fruit of your choice)

1 cup almond milk or juice

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree for 30 seconds until thoroughly blended.

There is no set of specific ingredients for this shake. You can replace the almond milk with juice which I often do, or even make it with half juice and half milk.

mmmmmm……… so delicious, so quick, and so pretty in this Windows 7 (shameless plug) cup.
